The above-quoted rate of tuition ($2,850.00) for the B.S.L. and J.D. degree programs shall be available to those who submit an application for enrollment on or before June 30, 2013 and complete the enrollment process within 30 days from the date of enrollment approval.
The current rate of tuition is a reduction from a yearly rate of $3,650.00. The reduction in tuition, which is now available, was initiated for new enrollees in celebration of the granting of a 5-year renewal of the School's Juris Doctor degree granting authority by the Committee of Bar Examiners of the State Bar of California upon the School's last review, an important achievement in that a 5-year extension is the maximum allowed by law. The accomplishment followed a routine process that involved verification of the School's compliance with standards related to integrity, financial stability, assessment of student achievement, educational quality and much more. A decision as to whether or not to continue the reduction in tuition, which has continued since then, will be made at the end of the month.
For those who enroll now, the tuition rate will be "locked-in" at the reduced rate on the date of enrollment and will remain at that rate for the entire length of the program, until degree completion, if completed on schedule.
This tuition reduction will not be available forever. It will be continued forward for an indefinite period of time so long as it is sustainable. Subject to the availability of tuition assistance funds in its budget, the school may or may not, in its discretion, choose to continue the offer of reduced tuition to those who apply after the end of the month, or to offer it again at any time in the future.

Financial Assistance
The school will accept tuition paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of $237.50. Student loans and other financial aid are not available.
Transfer Policy
Northwestern California University accepts transfer students from recognized law schools and grants credit for previous law school work in accordance with regulations established by the California State Bar.
Refund Policy
B.S.L. and J.D. Programs: The student shall be refunded all tuition paid by the student upon written application for cancellation of an enrollment agreement delivered to the school either in person or by mail within eight business days after the initial coursework is sent.
A later cancellation by a B.S.L. or J.D. student who has completed 60 percent or less of the course of instruction shall result in a prorated refund of tuition based upon the length of time that the student has been in the program. This shall occur according to the below stated prescribed time for duration of study.
Attendance time is deemed as the time elapsed between date of enrollment and the date which the student formally terminated his or her enrollment.
The duration of the course for the above purpose, notwithstanding the fact that different completion times do occur, shall be construed in accordance with the following:
One part of the B.S.L. program corresponds to one year of actual study.
One part of the J.D. Program corresponds to one year of actual study.
