Admission Requirements
Law Study Program (B.S.L. Degree):
For Those Seeking Bar Eligibility -- Students seeking the Bachelor of Science in Law Degree with concurrent attainment of Juris Doctor Degree requirements and Bar eligibility must have completed 60 or more acceptable college semester units, or must as an alternative have adequate scores on anywhere from three to five selected and specific College Level Equivalency Program (CLEP) tests approved by the California Committee of Bar Examiners.
For Students Not Seeking Bar Eligibility -- Students seeking the Bachelor of Science Degree who do not intend to eventually enroll in the Juris Doctor program to accomplish Bar eligibility must have successfully completed 60 or more acceptable college semester units.
Law Study Program (J.D. Degree):
For Those Seeking Bar Eligibility -- Students seeking the Bachelor of Science in Law Degree with concurrent attainment of Juris Doctor Degree requirements and Bar eligibility must have completed 60 or more acceptable college semester units, or must as an alternative have adequate scores on anywhere from three to five selected and specific College Level Equivalency Program (CLEP) tests approved by the California Committee of Bar Examiners.
For Students Not Seeking Bar Eligibility -- Students not seeking Bar eligibility are not eligible for enrollment in the school's Juris Doctor Degree program.
Paralegal Program
Students enrolling in the Paralegal program should have a four year college degree, or two years of college credit with at least two years of work experience, or at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalency exam with some training or background in general clerical skills and typing.
The school also has a non-certificate Paralegal program that requires no previous experience or academic background and is for those interested in expanding their knowledge of law and legal procedure.
